“I think those are where you have a problem that really there’s not one clear solution. And so you have to take all your inputs like, Here’s my constraints. Here are our goals. Here are all the things that we need to balance and figure out. How do I solve all of those things in the most efficient way? So yeah, I think creativity really plays a lot into the job of: Am I willing to think outside the box? Am I willing to do things differently than they’ve been done? Am I willing to keep things the same? If that’s where the data is saying, really, we don’t need to change this because this is gonna be more effective than any costs to change it again.”
