Submission FAQ

Why leave Dreamforce?

Dreamforce is a great event, but it’s a big tent. OpsStars was always a different kind of gathering: practitioner-led, ops-obsessed, and built for the people architecting revenue systems. By standing on our own, we can fully design every element of the experience around your priorities: the sessions, the conversations, the connections, without competing for attention in a convention-center crowd. This isn’t a departure. It’s a homecoming to what OpsStars has always been at its best.

Why pay when it was free?

Because your time has always been worth more than a free ticket. The shift to paid attendance is about intentionality, yours and ours. When everyone in the room has made a deliberate choice to be there, the conversations are sharper, the networking is more valuable, and the content can go deeper. You’ll be surrounded by peers who are as invested in the outcomes as you are.

We’re also using this moment to raise the bar on everything: programming, speakers, peer roundtables, and the moments in between. The price of admission reflects the value we’re committed to delivering.

Is this still worth my time?

That’s the right question, and it’s the one we’re designing every part of OpsStars to answer with a clear yes. We know your calendar is full and your priorities are real. So we’re building an event with a tighter focus on what actually moves the needle for RevOps and GTM leaders: practical frameworks, honest peer conversations, and access to the ideas and people that are shaping the next era of revenue operations. This is the event we’ve been working toward. We hope you’ll be part of it.

What does my ticket include?

All tickets include full access to OpsStars 2026 on Monday, October 5 — sessions, networking, breakfast, lunch, and an evening reception.

To attend the in-person certification class on Tuesday, October 6, select the ticket type that bundles both days. That ticket includes everything on October 5 plus the certification class on October 6 with breakfast and lunch.

Should I attend the certification class if I’m already certified?

Although your certification credentials don’t expire, the platform keeps moving. If it’s been more than six months, this session is worth your time — updated curriculum, expert-led, and built around what’s new in LeanData today.

Is there a room block for attendees traveling from out of town?

Yes! Confirmed registrants will receive a link to book within our reserved room block at the InterContinental San Francisco at a special rate of $319/night, available October 3–7. The booking link will be sent after you complete registration. Room block reservations must be made by September 11.

Where is the venue exactly, and how do I get there? (Parking, transit, airport proximity)

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 12 miles away, and Oakland International Airport (OAK) is 19 miles away. The hotel is conveniently accessible via San Francisco’s public transit system – Powell Street BART Station is just 0.2 miles away. The hotel’s current valet daily parking rate is $80.00 per vehicle or $90.00 per oversize vehicle, per night plus 14% occupancy tax.

What time does the event start and end on October 5?

Both event days will begin at 8:00 AM with breakfast and kickoff at 9:00 AM.

What's the cancellation/refund policy?

You can request a cancellation via your registration confirmation email. If you still have questions, email opsstars@leandata.com

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else via your ticket confirmation email by clicking “manage registration details.” If you need additional assistance, email opsstars@leandata.com

Will there be an agenda published in advance?
